Exchange Policy

​​We offer free and hassle free exchange (subject to approval). You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to contact us via e-mail. Once exchange is approved, we will proceed with the return and e-mail the shipping label. Kindly proceed to send the product back after you receive the shipping label. We will not be able to assist you with any information regarding exchange on Instagram DM or any other email or contact number apart from the one mentioned on this page. [email protected]

Please note:

• This process can take up to 15 working days upon receiving your order back at our studio.
• Please return your products unused and in the same condition as you received it. If the products are found to be used or damaged we will not be able to help you with exchange.

All your queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10:00am-6:00pm IST. All pending queries will be solved on the next working day. 
• For all your order related queries, We request you keep your communication with us either on email, or on WhatsApp.
• Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 
• If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than www.handivity.com, the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.
